Garden Quarter Blooms with Five New Lettings

18 September, 2023

Bolton Birch has recently let five shop units at Old Port Square in Chester’s Garden Quarter. The latest, The Scented Garden Retreat, was officially opened by City of Chester MP, Sam Dixon in September.

Owner of The Scented Garden, Laura Heywood opened her second branch in Old Port Square in the Garden Quarter at the end of August.  Her business was first established in Chester in 1995 when she opened The Scented Garden by the Cathedral. It now expands from its headquarters remaining on Northgate Row.

Two further units at Old Port Square were let to Amaze Aesthetics specialising in treatments to smooth lines and wrinkles, dermal fillers, vitamin and health treatments and skincare.

Another recent addition is A1 Muay Thai studio which offers “top-notch Muay Thai boxing classes that help you stay fit and happy”.

Precision Plans has also taken a unit, moving from Hooton, Ellesmere Port. Their skilled technicians have been producing working drawings, construction details and external works packages for some of the UK’s most prestigious and award-winning house builders since 2009.

The recent uptake of these units is really encouraging in an uncertain and difficult economic climate and is testament to the skill and experience of Bolton Birch.

Martin Dodd, Director at Bolton Birch said; “We have been there to support our clients every step of the way and it is fantastic to see businesses growing in the City through hard work, great values and real investment in what customers want.”
