Bolton Birch is celebrating a fully let Bell Meadow Business Park, a great start to 2024. Its last letting completes a number of letting instructions for Grade A offices at the prestigious Bell Meadow Business Park at Cuckoo’s Nest, 3 miles south of Chester City Centre, a landscaped rural setting.
Each letting underwent an evaluation for the need for refurbishment prior to occupation. This usually included redecoration, new carpeting, air conditioning, low energy LED lighting and higher speed broadband.
