Bolton Birch are celebrating yet another successful lockdown letting and are glad to be still demonstrating their dedication and tenacity in spite of COVID restrictions being still in place.
Although April 12th saw some of the current lockdown restrictions eased, those who would be usually working in offices are still trying to reclaim a sense of normality.

However, this is not a worry for the Bolton Birch team as they announce not one, but two more successful office lettings in Chester City Centre.
This time around, Bolton Birch have marketed and let two floors of offices located at 25/27 Lower Bridge Street, right above local Italian favourite, La Fattoria.
As well as being in a great location, the owners of the property have been working hard to completely makeover the space’s general interior. In a past life, it once was the home of Chester’s YMCA, but now has been transformed into a contemporary office space and the perfect home for any flourishing business.
The space itself consists of a 1st-floor and a 2nd-floor open plan office – both of which have been let separately by Bolton Birch, the 2nd-floor space being let before lockdown began.
The 1st floor consists of 2,266 sq ft and comes with all the great amenities you would want in a modern, city-centre office including air conditioning, lift, a dedicated in-office kitchen and LED sensor lighting.
Bolton Birch have recently announced that they have come to an agreement with Huxley Mortgage Services who will be calling the 1st floor of 25/27 Lower Bridge Street their new home.
With many of us using the extra time brought about by lockdown to move onto the property ladder, for Huxley Mortgage Services, business has been booming. This meant that they had outgrown their small Chester office and needed a much bigger space to cater to their workload and expansion. Thankfully, Bolton Birch was there to use their skills and introduce them to 25/27 Lower Bridge Street in which they will be renting and using as their main HQ for the foreseeable future.
