Large Deeside Zone 2 Industrial Facility Sale Shows Demand from Occupiers and Investors

Bolton Birch has announced the successful sale of a prominent Deeside 62,000 Sq Ft manufacturing facility.

Bolton Birch acted for Atlas Copco UK owners of the 3.7 acre site, adjacent to the main roundabout at the entrance to Zone 2 Deeside Industrial Park, a Tier 2 Grant Assisted Area. Atlas Copco UK is staying in the area, relocating its Deeside facilities to another site there and consolidating operations within Deeside Industrial Park with a higher ratio of offices to manufacturing.

The site is self-contained, fully fenced with automated gate access both in and out and has its own sub-station. The premises is of steel portal frame construction with 4 high bays and integrated office accommodation and facilities.

The property generated significant interest and Bolton Birch concluded the sale to a private Chester based investor who back to backed a letting to PJMCO 2021, a security locker manufacturer. Legat Owen acted for the purchaser.
