An Exciting New Development for Chester’s City Centre

18 December, 2020

Bolton Birch is delighted to share the news of a recent sale that will breathe life back into a Grade II listed building.

On behalf of its owner, Bolton Birch have shaken hands on the sale of number 26 and 28 Nicholas Street to Boutique ApartHotel business, Walker Williams.

To commemorate this fantastic achievement and exciting new addition to the streets of Chester, we thought we’d let you in on some of the project’s finer details.

26/28 Nicholas Street first came to Bolton Birch as a vacant office building. With 20,000 square feet of potential, it had previously been sectioned off to create individual conference/office rooms; a once-popular workspace style that has, over the years, been replaced by a more open-plan setting. With this in mind, it was unlikely that the space would ever be used as an office again.

Walker Williams plan on spreading their style and services by converting these obsolete offices into a beautiful aparthotel; equipped with both a rooftop pool and restaurant. Their work with 26/28 Nicholas Street will not only see a Grade II listed building bringing happiness to its occupants once again but a great business venture for Chester. Bolton Birch couldn’t be happier to be involved.

If you’re ready to begin your own business venture, look no further than Bolton Birch.
