Bolton Birch has announced the sale of Clovelly House in Eversley Park, a property within walking distance of Chester City Centre.
Clovelly House, a large Victorian house previously used as boarding accommodation for a school of dance & performing arts is just off Liverpool Road which is the birthplace of Hollywood actor Daniel Craig.
Many of the house’s Victorian features are retained and it is set back from the road with grounds and parking facilities.

“After competing interest for the property we have agreed a sale to a developer, with completion of the sale being conditional upon them achieving planning consent for high value luxury apartments. The developer is currently working with architects and expects to submit the planning application later this year or early next year.”
He added; “This is great news for the vendor and shows that there is a lot of interest in Chester’s suburbs and in repurposing commercial and institutional style properties to private residential use.”
