What’s in a name? It’s important. Bolton Birch has announced a successful let in Elder House, Park West on Sealand Road in Chester.

This prime commercial property is one of four office suites in Elder House, a 2-storey modern detached office building which was extensively refurbished before it was let and is situated within the mature landscaped environment of Park West. The office suite has been refurbished to include a new kitchen, redecoration and new carpeting and floor finishes.

Caroline Hollingsworth of new occupants, a church called Vineyard 53 said;

“The prospect of our church staff and volunteers working from Elder House was too good to miss and the office suite will be perfect and help with our growing needs for more administration space. Names and our location are important to us. One of the reasons we are called Vineyard 53 is because we extend beyond Chester to the surrounding regions often via the M53 motorway so access and parking too was important to us. We found the whole process of letting offices for the first time was daunting, we are a community and not used to dealing with commercial property. But this was made easy by Bolton Birch and the help and support we received from the team there.”

Jonty Goodchild, Director at Bolton Birch added; “The majority of our commercial lets are to businesses but we have had unusual lets in the past and this to a church is a pleasure to be involved with and see happen.”
