Bolton Birch has announced the successful completion of one of the largest single occupancy office lettings in Mid-Cheshire.
Focus House at Gadbrook Park in Northwich was purchased by Hapgood Developments in 2020, undergoing an extensive refurbishment in 2021 to include full access raised floors, air conditioning, electric vehicle charge points and extending to 11,000 sq ft.
Bolton Birch was the letting agents for the Grade A offices which are now successfully occupied by Cheshire headquartered legal firm Poole Alcock and has also been retained by Hapgood Developments as the managing agents for the building.
