Paula Rees, a qualified accountant, joins Bolton Birch to oversee the financial side of the continually expanding Property Management Department. Paula brings with her a wealth of experience having previously held accountancy roles with an International Energy Consultancy, International Oil Testing Company and most recently as head of the finance team at a private school in Chester.
Bolton Birch’s Property Management Department continues to grow with recent instructions including a large portfolio of trade counter and office properties spread over an area from north Liverpool to the north Midlands along with retail parks in Altrincham and North Wales.
