Bolton Birch Successfully Acquire Two New Warehouse Facilities on Deeside Industrial Estate

What Home and Garden Products Needed

Home and Garden Products is a family run business who pride themselves on providing high-quality products that add finesse and style to gardens and home interiors. During lockdown, they have seen tremendous growth whilst they’ve catered to many of us who have been attempting DIY and home improvements whilst on furlough and spending more time at home.

With so much success, Home and Garden Products concluded that they were in need of bigger, more modern warehouse premises to store and import their products and assist them with further growth and entrusted us with finding a new home. Being fully prepped with an understanding of their needs and requirements, Bolton Birch began their search.

What Bolton Birch Did

Using the given criteria from the client, Bolton Birch successfully found and acquired not one, but two new industrial units for Home and Garden Products that would allow them to continue with their success and comply with the increased demand. Both of these units are located on Deeside Industrial Park, a popular space for many businesses thanks to its 2,000 acres of space, great location, links to the national motorway and modern, steel portal frame buildings that are perfect for businesses in need of a safe and efficient home for their stock.

The first space acquired for Home and Garden Products was Unit 30 Zone 2; a detached portal frame warehouse with a total of 10,057 sq ft of space. Equipped with dedicated car parking space, heating and a second floor for offices and facilities, we deemed it perfect for our client’s business. And with that said, we’re very excited to announce that with contracts now exchanged, Home and Garden Products are in the process of moving in.

Phase two of our service consisted of the acquisition of a second warehouse unit for Home and Garden Products again on Deeside Industrial Estate. Unit 42 is also located on Zone 2 and comprises a 27, 015 sq ft unit with many of the same attractive features as Unit 30. The acquisition of this property has also been legally completed, with subject to completion of a full refurbishment being carried out by the landlord, and alongside an attractive rent incentive package achieved on behalf of Home and Garden Products.
