Bolton Birch Act for Real Buzz Group

The Real Buzz Group is one of Chester’s most successful and expanding businesses who organise UK wide sporting events including the London Marathon. We were selected to represent their interests in searching the market place for larger office premises to facilitate their expansion programme. Acting on their behalf we have successfully negotiated terms and legally completed on a 8,000 sq ft office suite, located within the new development One City Place.  This is further to our successful acquisition of approximately 25,000 sq ft of office space within the same development, acting on behalf of Sykes Cottages.
