Acting on behalf of retained clients, we have recently sold one of Chester’s most iconic riverside properties to the Sanguine Group, for conversion from offices to what will be one of Chester’s most superior boutique hotels and wedding venues.  The Old Bishops Palace is approximately 15,000 sq ft with some 70 car parking spaces on a site of approximately 2 acres, located in a prime city centre location fronting the River Dee and The Groves.
