North Wales Industrial Investment Portfolio Purchased for Clients

After a competitive bidding situation with further negotiations thereafter, we were delighted to be announced as the Preferred Bidder for a portfolio of six income producing industrial estates located throughout North Wales.  After completing this large portfolio acquisition on behalf of retained clients, Hapgood Developments, we now look forward to managing these estates on behalf of our client to maximise their investment performance in the forthcoming years.
