The Ursula Keyes Trust is one of Chester’s oldest and longest established charities assisting in providing essential health and social care and we are delighted to manage their full commercial property portfolio. Acting on their behalf, we are pleased to report that we have recently acquired Brymau One in Saltney, Chester, which is an industrial estate of approximately 18 units, which we have now added to their commercial property ownership which is under our management.
