Having been instructed by Sykes Cottages to act on their behalf in securing a new Chester HQ, we are pleased to report that we have successfully acquired and legally completed on their lease of two full floors (25,000 sq ft) at the new Muse Developments scheme One City Place, Chester.
One City Place is Chester’s largest new office development comprising of 80,000 Sq Ft and we are proud to be part of the largest letting in the development on behalf of our clients, Sykes Cottages, who are the largest independent holiday lettings business in the UK. One City Place was constructed and completed in 2017 by Muse Developments and this letting is Chester’s largest single letting for some time.
